Where is tekken revolution

Critical Arts are essentially moves that have a chance of dealing extra damage critical hit. Special Arts are that moves have been given a small window of invincibility and increased hitbox relative to Tekken Tag Tournament 2. These new gameplay mechanics are easily noticable by a visual effect added to the move animation and, in the case of Special Arts, using the vocal grunt of their strongest attack usually an unblockable move or signature move.

Each character has 4 Critical Arts and 1 Special Art. Tekken Revolution is the first in the series to include a micromanagement type system akin to that of a role-playing game. This new gameplay mechanic consists of allocating Skill Points to either one of three stats; Power , Endurance or Vigor :. This mechanic provides a major added play incentive but tends to unbalance matches by favoring players who have grinded out their character's stats their most, regardless of their skill.

In addition to this, Reset Drinks are available to reset any character's stats back to zero. Any fight'''' money spent on points are refunded.

The first reset is free and additional reset drinks are purchasable via the PlayStation Store. One Reset drinks will cost 5 pounds 6. Arcade Mode in Tekken Revolution is very similar to that of previous titles.

There are 8 total stages with 2 rounds each. The 8th stage being a Boss fight and 7th stage being a sub-boss fight. The player is awarded fight money and gift points upon winning the stages. There are 3 difficultiy settings:. There is also a special feature in Arcade mode. The higher the difficulty selected, the higher the chance of facing a secret sub-boss in the 7th round.

These secret sub-bosses give extra rewards if defeated. Warm-up Space - Practice indefinitely without coin consumption. Wall-Off or Wall stages may be selected.

Command Lists are available with command display. Only freestyle mode is available and the training dummy is Mokujin. The original unlockable characters were Steve, Brian, Alisa and Leo.

There was also only one default difficulty setting, which many felt was too easy for the Arcade mode, and the game lacked any form of training mode. Harada promised continued support for the game in the form of patches, adding a free Warm-Up Space to practice combos and including Hard and Very Hard arcade options that featured a greater payout, unique bosses and greater challenges.

Additional characters were patched in over time as well, with Harada claiming that they were gating off the roster in an attempt to keep from overwhelming newcomers to the franchise with the huge number of characters in the franchise.

A Facebook poll was created during EVO to create three brand new Tekken characters to debut in Revolution from a large list of candidates, including joke entries like an average old man with no fighting skill, a giant salmon that would flail around and shoot eggs at people, and a human-sized Praying Mantis monster.

Tekken Revolution was met with mixed to negative reception, with numerous outlets like Edge and the FGC criticizing the level up system as "pay to win", believing that the competitive nature of the series was watered down by the introduction of the system.

Edge also complained that the simplified version of Tekken Tag 2 was a disservice to both games. Other outlets, like Giant Bomb, complained about the nature of the Free-to-Play system of the game, not because it was exploitative or outrageous like most F2P model complaints, but because it was "weird", with the only things available for purchase being tokens to play more online and special effects for certain moves- locking the majority of the cast of characters behind a random system.

Gaming Database Wiki Explore. Only around 8 characters playable to begin with but others are unlocked the more you play, or you can just pay real money to unlock any that are locked. Shame not all characters are avaliable to unlock. I would have loved to of played as Wang. Micro-transactions are avaliable to purchase in irder to keep playing if you run out of tokens. I for one never use micro transactions so once i cant play anymore matches i just switch off and play again later.

No 2 player local mode is a shame but it has ranked matches, player matches and arcade, all if which uses a token every time you play. But it also has a practise mode that doesnt use tokens. Overall a good fighting experience its just a shame its on a pay to play model.

A proper game in this style would have been so much better. Still a great Tekken experience. Go try it, its free after all … Expand. For a Tekken game this is pretty sub par. The adding of some new moves makes the game interesting or would except this game it the worse For a Tekken game this is pretty sub par. The adding of some new moves makes the game interesting or would except this game it the worse turtling game I ever played. I never played a fighting game where you had to wait for someone to do a special move or invincible move.

Tekken Revolution was a revolution all right. For Spammers. This game is good if you're not good at fighting games and new to Tekken. Most of the people I play online are bad. The other moves on the game are pretty much useless. As a Tekken Fan seeing bad players flock to this game and are able to win also because of the point allocation system stops me from taking this Tekken game seriously.

But to be fair it was made to be "free" and tailor made for newbies. I hate that the majority of the cast isn't on there but they still have Asuka and more characters should still be on the way. The music is forgettable. The stages are rehashed from Tekken Tag Tournament 2. If Fighting games were to go free to play like this or Dead or Alive5 Ultimate I'd give up the genre. This Tekken is a causal game. FYI you cant play this game offline, Playstation network sign-in required. But still a good game hope to see Lei soon!!!
