How fast does sneakerhead ship
Definitely one of my go to sites when I'm looking for a specific shoe or just checking out the latest releases. And they have fast shipping! I just bought a pair of converse from sneakerhead and and it's really amazing really good quality and they shipped it really fast.
The customer service was very helpful when I called in with some questions on my order. They assured me that my package will ship out by the end of their work day in which it did. The representative even followed up with me! Thank you Sneakerhead! They refused to refund my full amount for an item that didn't fit. I received an email this morning from Sneakerhead that my order I placed yesterday was cancelled.
After calling my gift card company, I found out that the amount of this order I placed with Sneakerhead had been taken out. So I called Sneakerhead and spoke with the customer service rep, Olivia.
She impatiently cut me off in the middle of me explaining what happened. When I asked Olivia why she was being impatient and rudeespecially with her unfriendly tone of voiceshe just said that she was going to transfer me, without giving me a chance to agree or disagree.
I then spoke with the manager, Suzanne. Who wasn't exactly friendly either, though a notch or two above Olivia. When I asked Suzanne about an email that I sent them yesterdaysince they were already closed when I called them to confirm somethingshe said that they're not able to track who reads what e-mails.
In the year , if a company doesn't have a system where management has access to shared information among employees, then there's definitely a disconnect with effective communication. When I mentioned to Suzanne again, the manager that my gift card balance for today shows that the order amount was taken out, she reluctantly agreed to allow my order to go through. One's tone of voice reveals A LOT about the verbal expression. I asked if Suzanne could send me some form of confirmation that we had the phone conversation, and the order will indeed go through; and Suzanne replied in an irritated tone that she didn't feel it was necessary, but that they would.
I have NEVER heard of a company initially unwilling to provide some type of confirmation for an order placed by a customer. After the phone call, I searched for reviews for Sneakerhead, and the first two, 1 star reviews shared their experience of Sneakerhead's very poor customer service. If I was the owner of Sneakerhead, I would make some major improvements with my business. These beneficial changes include, but are not limited to, replacing very unprofessional and unfriendly managers and customer service reps who habitually repel returning customers.
I have no doubt that I'm not the first customer they POed, and I won't be the last. It's NOT wise to habitually turn off customers who shop from this particular siteespecially those who have a relationship with athletes of various ages, who in turn have connections with their team members, classmates, actual friends, social media friends, immediate and extended family members, community members, neighbors, coworkers, acquaintances, and even strangers.
There's plenty of competition among businesses, so when a business habitually key word fails to even meet the BASIC standardslet alone go above and beyondthen it will be no surprise if that business eventually spirals downward like a raging whirlpool. I ordered a pair of Nike air max ltd 3 and it was shipped in a reasonable time about 5 days. To our amazement and disappointment The sneakers were creased, had stains all around them with some kind of hard sticky substance.
Pissed was not the word! I called and a representative tried to give me the run around in regards to a refund. She was giving me lip about sending a picture and deliberating in the next 3 days with her supervisor and making a decision and She basically said it would take me a month for my refund and tried to talk me into an exchange instead. Should of did more careful digging before shopping with this fraudulent website "sneakerhead". Could not take the hassle any longer.
But I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. I give this company a " D" for deception or rather an "F" for fraudulent. I ordered 2 pairs of Vans as a gift. I received the package, and my mistake was not opening the box and checking. When I gave the gift to the recipient they were excited until the noticed they were the wrong size. Granted this was a couple of months ago, but since they made the mistake, they should take them back!
Which they told me on the phone they would do after a "manager" had to approve. I never received the return shipping label, they claimed they sent twice, and now won't do anything to help.
I don't care how long it's been, this was their mistake in the first place, the shoes have not be used and I'm stuck with shoes that can't be worn. Ordered size 11US shoes and received 11UK. Sneakerhead were not willing to aknowledge a mistake on their end and supply a return shipping label. As an international customer it would cost me the price of the shoes just to send them back. Will not be buying from them again and i do not recommend them to anyone as they lack the ability to distinguish between US and UK sizes.
All customer service emails are generic copy and pasted replies saying how sorry they are but without doing anything to resolve the issue. I've got nothing but love for this company right now. I almost didn't buy anything from them based off their reviews so I've gotta leave them some honest feedback of my own. I've been looking for a certain pair of vans forever, they're a discontinued color and I seriously couldn't find them anywhere. No stores had any left and no resale shop had them.
They were awful! I got so sketched out that I started checking the legality of websites taking your money and not sending a product. It did seem kind of fishy, can't find these shoes anywhere and suddenly here they are for a decent price.
But I needed these shoes and I noticed they have a PayPal option at checkout so I decided to use that, felt like there was some buyer security in place with PayPal. Well they shipped my shoes like the next day and I got them in less than a week. They're exactly what I ordered, in the original box. I couldn't be happier lemme tell ya! I don't know where all the shady reviews came from but for me personally, I couldn't be happier with the service.
I purchased a pair of Mali clarks over a month n half which I paid for two 2 delivery still waiting n tired of d run around and d lie I need my money back n i will take to d end every day is something story somebody is lying. I was told that the merchandise was damaged, and they were waiting for a replacement, which they found out today, was not available.
Based on our experience with the feature in the StockX app, the reseller seems to be inserting the option in the checkout page of sneaker purchases, though we couldn't order a pair using Xpress Buy as it's not live yet. Get notified if Xpress Buy becomes a reality. StockX, which did not respond to Input's request for comment, may already be rolling out this Xpress Buy tease to certain customers, and those people would like to have access to it can enter their email addresses to get notified in the future.
The missing piece — Aside from security features such as two-factor authentication, many StockX power buyers have long been waiting for an expedited way to get their sneakers shipped from the app — and it looks like they'll finally get it. GOAT had its stumbles, too. Rare sneakers. Insider connections. This scandal has it all. A top Nike executive and her shoe reseller son face the wrath of sneakerheads, who think the shoe game is rigged against them.
They were boldface names beginning with startup accelerator firm Y Combinator, the venture fund that helped launch Airbnb, DoorDash, Twitch and Reddit, among others. Subsequent rounds of funding drew other big backers, including some huge venture capital firms and Foot Locker Inc.
Unlike other big resale platforms, GOAT goes with nicely staged and professionally shot photos of the shoes on sale. And it acts as more than a middleman, with a rigorous authentication process before shoes are packaged and finally shipped. The company does all product authentication in-house, partly using artificial intelligence to supplement teams of people investigating potential fakes, Lu said. Customers sometimes grumble on Instagram about the time it takes to authenticate or ship merchandise.
With its emphasis on original sneakers and pro photography, the GOAT website and app can leave some sneakerheads feeling the platform is a bit too posh.
Flight Club carried every sneaker brand on the market. The stores also serve as a hangout spot and cultural hub for both hardcore enthusiasts and newbies. The Los Angeles Flight Club has been closed since it was damaged during protests in the city. The store is still being remodeled, the company said. Both StockX and GOAT have broadened their reach into different kinds of merchandise, but StockX has retained its Wall Street website style, with week resale highs and lows and volatility indexes.
In late , GOAT, meanwhile, moved from primarily secondhand into luxury and streetwear apparel and accessories, partnering on product drops with more than brands as different as Alexander McQueen, the British luxury fashion house, and Stussy, the Irvine-based streetwear label.
